The method includes the steps of: steaming chicken giblets, separated and transferred from a poultry slaughter house, in a reactor discharging and cooling the steamed chicken giblets adding the culture medium of the Bacillus methylotrophicus SCI strain into the chicken giblets obtaining a reaction solution by mixing the chicken giblets and the culture medium and making the chicken giblets and the culture medium react to each other obtaining a filtrate by filtrating the reaction solution after cooling the reaction solution obtaining a concentration solution by depressurizing and concentrating the filtrate preliminary heating the concentrated solution after adding an antioxidant and an antibacterial agent into the concentrated solution and obtaining a dried product by blowing hot air to the concentrated solution. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing feed with chicken giblets using a culture solution. According to the present invention, the animal-derived feed having an excellent effect of promoting growth of livestock can be manufactured.
