The entry connecting member and the exit connecting member are respectively connected to the heating tank (11). The heating tank (11) comprises a heating tank outer tank (111) and a heating tank inner tank (112) sleeved together. An inner stirrer (113) is horizontally provided in the heating tank inner tank (112). A heating tank upper lid (114) is provided on the heating tank inner tank (112). A temperature detection sensor is provided at the heating tank upper lid (114).
