A donor organ treatment apparatus has a container for holding an organ and a perfusion liquid circuit. The perfusion circuit includes a supply conduit downstream of an oxygenator and a heat exchanger for supplying perfusion liquid from the oxygenator and the heat exchanger to an organ in the container and a return conduit upstream of the oxygenator and the heat exchanger for guiding perfusion liquid from the organ inside the container to the oxygenator and the heat exchanger. The supply conduit is provided with an outlet port coupling for connection to a perfusion catheter and the return conduit is provided with an inlet port coupling for connection to a return catheter. A method for successively perfusing an organ in-situ and ex-vivo with liquid circulating through the same perfusion circuit is also described.Linvention concerne un appareil de traitement dun organe de donneur comportant un récipient destiné contenir un organe et un circuit de liquide de perfusion. Le circuit de perfusion comprend un conduit dalimentation en aval dun oxygénateur et dun échangeur thermique pour lacheminement du liquide de perfusion depuis loxygénateur et léchangeur thermique vers un organe dans le récipient, ainsi quun conduit de renvoi en amont de loxygénateur et de léchangeur thermique pour le guidage du liquide de perfusion depuis lorgane dans le récipient vers loxygénateur et léchangeur thermique. Le conduit dalimentation est muni dun raccord dorifice de sortie pour raccordement à un cathéter de perfusion, et le conduit de renvoi est muni dun raccord dorifice dentrée pour raccordement à un cathéter de renvoi. Linvention concerne également une méthode pour perfuser successivement un organe in situ et ex vivo avec un liquide circulant dans le même circuit de perfusion.
