PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement function recovery training device that enables a training subject to carry out an automatic movement smoothly.SOLUTION: A movement function recovery training device 1 is provided for performing training to recover a movement function of a forearm part 17 as a training object. The movement function recovery training device includes: a fixing member 15 rotatably supported and for fixing the forearm part 17； a motor 10 for rotating the fixing member 15 in a forward direction and a reverse direction； an encoder 11 for detecting a rotating position of the motor 10； and a controller 12 for controlling the motor 10 on the basis of detection results of the encoder 11.
