PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper with excellent wearability by preventing side flaps from breaking when wearing the diaper.
SOLUTION: In the disposable diaper, side flaps are formed by a front surface sheet and a cover sheet extending both the side ends in a longitudinal direction of the back sheet of the disposable diaper comprising a front body, a back body and a crotch portion located between the front and back bodies, fastening tapes are arranged in both the side end portions in the longitudinal direction of the back body side of the side flaps, target zones detachably connecting the fastening tapes are arranged in the outer side of the cover sheet of the front body side, and a strong bonding area which has bonding strength stronger than other bonding areas from the area including both the longitudinal directional side end portions to the outer area of at least the back face sheet between the cover sheet forming the side flaps of at least the back body side and the front surface sheet.
