The frame (1) is formed by welding horizontally and vertically arranged iron frames. The top of the frame (1) is provided with a hitch provided with an empty space. The plowshare (2) is secured, by means of a nut, to the bottom of the frame. The fertilizer box (3) is welded to the top of the frame. The fertilizer dispensing tube (4) passes through the frame and is provided at the bottom of the fertilizer box. The seed box (5) is welded to the top of the frame and is positioned next to the fertilizer box. The seed box is welded and connected, through the spring (6), to the seed planter (7). The plastic mulch layer (8) is installed to the bottom of the frame. The plastic mulch cutter (9) is provided behind the plastic mulch layer and is installed to the bottom of the frame. The hole puncher (10) is welded to the bottom of the plastic mulch cutter. The compacting wheel (11) is installed behind the plastic mulch cutter and is connected, by means of a rotating axle, to the bottom of the frame.
