Surgical trays and tools for use in hip revision surgery wherein the implanted prosthesis is a reverse prosthesis comprising an acetabular ball and a femoral cup. A set of trays is provided having tools for i) separating a femoral cup from an acetabular ball, ii) separating a femoral cup from a femoral implant and iii) separating an acetabular ball from an acetabular cup. A tool for removing an acetabular cup from an acetabulum is also described. A surgical method is also provided wherein the acetabular ball and femoral cup are separated first followed by, in any order, separating the femoral cup from the femoral implant and separating the acetabular ball from the acetabular cup.La présente invention concerne des plateaux et des outils chirurgicaux destinés à être utilisés dans une chirurgie de reprise de la hanche, la prothèse implantée étant une prothèse inverse comprenant une bille acétabulaire et une cupule fémorale. L'invention concerne un ensemble de plateaux comprenant des outils destinés i) à séparer une cupule fémorale d'une bille acétabulaire, ii) à séparer une cupule fémorale d'un implant fémoral et iii) à séparer une bille acétabulaire d'une cupule acétabulaire. L'invention concerne également un outil permettant de retirer une cupule acétabulaire d'un acétabulum. L'invention concerne également un procédé chirurgical dans lequel ladite bille acétabulaire et ladite cupule fémorale sont d'abord séparées puis, dans un ordre quelconque, la cupule fémorale est séparée de l'implant fémoral et la bille acétabulaire est séparée de la cupule acétabulaire.
