A single-phase hydrophobic preparation containing a hydrophilic compound and an amphiphilic component containing sodium docusate, phospholipid and nonionic amphiphilic acid in the oil phase, the particles of the hydrophilic compound being surrounded by an amphiphilic component whose head groups are facing the hydrophilic compound, and there is no chemical interaction between the amphiphilic component and a hydrophilic compound; characterized in that said non-ionic amphiphile contains a lipophilic chain containing from 10 to 20 carbon atoms, and heads a group containing from 2 to 10 hydroxyethylene groups or from 1 to 3 hydroxyl groups. 2. A preparation according to claim 1, characterized in that said hydrophilic compound is selected from peptides, proteins, lipids, sugars, nucleic acids, steroids and / or conjugates of one or more of these agents in combination, and / or a conjugate with at least one medium- or a long chain hydrocarbon tail. 3. A method for producing a hydrophobic preparation containing a hydrophilic compound, comprising the following steps: (i) mixing a solution of sodium docusate, phospholipid and nonionic amphiphilic dissolved in a hydrophobic solvent with a solution of a hydrophilic compound dissolved in the aqueous phase to form an emulsion, (ii) removing the aqueous phase and a hydrophobic solvent; (iii) adding the oil phase to the dry residue obtained in stage (ii). 4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said hydrophobic solvent is selected from cyclohexane, cycloheptane, cyclooctane or mixtures of these compounds and, optionally, tertiary butanol.
