REDUCTIVE WATER VAPOR, METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME, AND ANTI-OXIDATION REDUCTION STEAM-BOILING METHOD, ANTI-OXIDATION REDUCTION STEAM-KNEADING METHOD, AND APPARATUS THEREOF
To provide a reductive steam that prevents "oxidation" generated during heating processing and causing quality degradation, and a method of producing the same, and to achieve a high-quality product such as food, beverage, a pharmaceutical product, and a cosmetic product applying the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing reductive vapor in which vapor is generated in a boiler 1, the vapor is fed to a thermal insulating ejector 3 by a thermal insulating conductive pipe 2, hydrogen gas is fed to the thermal insulating ejector 3 from a hydrogen feed apparatus 8, the vapor and the hydrogen gas are blended by the thermal insulating ejector 3, and the vapor containing homogenized hydrogen gas is generated by a vapor gas homogenizing apparatus 4, the method comprising supplying, by a thermal insulating pipe 5, air to various processing apparatuses that require reductive vapor, and injecting reductive vapor 7 by a reductive vapor injecting nozzle 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】加熱加工に際して発生する、品質低下の原因である「酸化」を防止する還元蒸気とその製造方法を開発し、これを応用して食品、飲料、医薬品、化粧品等の生産物の高品質化を図る。【解決手段】ボイラー1で蒸気を発生させ、その蒸気を断熱通導パイプ2で、断熱エジェクター3へ送り、水素供給装置8から、断熱エジェクター3へ水素ガスを送り、断熱エジェクター3で蒸気と水素ガスを混合し、蒸気ガス均質化装置4で均質な水素ガスを含む蒸気を生成する方法と、還元蒸気を必要とする各種加工装置へ、断熱通導パイプ5で送気し、還元蒸気7を還元蒸気噴射ノズル6で噴射する工程を有する還元蒸気製造方法。【選択図】図1
