The present invention relates to method for preparing liposome-based constructs comprising a peptide, particularly an antigenic peptide, of interest modified through hydrophobic moieties reconstituted in liposomes and to the antigenic constructs obtained with said method. The invention further relates to the use of said constructs for the therapeutic and diagnostic use in the treatment of diseases and disorders, which are caused by or associated with proteopathy such as Alzheimers Disease.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de produits de recombinaison à base de liposomes contenant un peptide, en particulier un peptide antigénique, dintérêt, modifié par des groupes fonctionnels hydrophobes reconstitués dans les liposomes, ainsi que des produits de recombinaison antigéniques obtenus par ledit procédé.
