PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic material containing a UV screening-based composition.SOLUTION: The composition contains at least one UV screening system comprising (a) at least one silicon-containing s-triazine substituted with two aminobenzoate or aminobenzamide groups expressed by specific formulae and (b) at least one non-silicon-containing lipophilic 1, 3, 5-triazine type UV screening agent, in a cosmetically permissible substrate.
