CONSTITUTION: An anti-frost fan includes wings having the diameter of 110-120cm operated by the rotation of a motor, and the high efficiency motor(17) rotating in the smooth speed. The periphery speed of the leading end side on the wings is 40-60m/s. The twist angle of the wings is 15-25 degrees. The wind generated from the wings is blown to plants. The high efficiency motor is an inverter motor.종래의 모터(1700)의 회전을 빠르게, 또한 날개지름을 작게 하여(90㎝), 재빠른 목 스윙 동작으로, 송풍함으로써, 도 7b에 도시한 바와 같이, 일부에, 동상해(E)(도면상에서, 검어진 차잎)가 발생할 개연성이 있다.본 발명에서는, 모터(17)가 느린 회전으로, 또한 팬(16)의 날개지름을, 직경 110㎝ 내지 120㎝ 이상이고, 선측의 원주속도를, 40m/S～60m/S로 한 구조로, 송풍함으로써, 도 6b에 도시한 바와 같이, 동상해의 발생은 없다. 또한, 이 모터(17)가 느린 회전으로, 전력 절약을 도모할 수 있다.
