PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipophilically surface treated powder having excellent smooth feeling and detergency.SOLUTION: The lipophilically surface treated powder is prepared by surface treating an inorganic powder of fine particles of titanium oxide or fine particles of zinc oxide having a primary particle diameter of 5 nm to 150 nm with N-acylamino acid or its salt as a surface treating agent. The surface treating agent of the amount of 0.5 to 30.0 pts.wt. is used for 100 pts.wt. of the inorganic powder. N-acylamino acid is acylamino acid with amino acid selected from 12-20C saturated fatty acid, aspartic acid and glutamic acid. The salt is a salt of a metal selected from Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, Al, Zr and Ti. The process of surface treatment is performed in the state of under water or the water containing state at a surface treatment temperature of at least 60°C and less than the boiling point of water. A cosmetic material having smooth feeling, detergency, cosmetic effect and cosmetic retainability can be obtained by incorporating the powder.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】さらさらとした使用感、洗浄性に優れた親油化表面処理微粒子粉体を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の親油化表面処理微粒子粉体は、一次粒子径が5nm~150nmの微粒子酸化チタンまたは微粒子酸化亜鉛の無機粉体を、表面処理剤として、N-アシルアミノ酸又はその塩で、無機粉体100重量部に対して、0.5~30.0重量部で、表面処理したものである。N-アシルアミノ酸はC12~C20の飽和脂肪酸とアスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸から選んだアミノ酸とのアシルアミノ酸であり、該塩はFe、Zn、Ca、Mg、Al、Zr、Tiから選んだ金属の塩である。表面処理工程は、表面処理温度を60℃以上で水の沸点未満とし水中または含水状態で行う。該親油化表面処理微粒子粉体を配合して、さらさらした使用感、洗浄性、化粧効果及び化粧持続性に優れた化粧料が得られる。【選択図】なし
