The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ssanghwa tea (black herbal tea), which is boiled down in an iron pot, comprising steps of: a) inputting ssanghwa tea materials into the iron pot； and b) supplying heat to the iron pot, wherein a material of the iron pot contains a cast iron, aluminum, magnesium, and copper. Due to the method for manufacturing the ssanghwa tea of the present invention, it is possible to produce the ssanghwa tea that can maintain the same taste as ssanghwatang without adding a sweetener.본 발명은 가마솥으로 달이는 쌍화차 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, a) 가마솥에 쌍화차 재료가 투입되는 단계； 및 b) 상기 가마솥에 열이 공급되는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 가마솥의 재질은 무쇠, 알루미늄, 마그네슘 및 동이 포함된 합금인 쌍화차 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
