Secured through the present invention is an ultrafiltration fraction composition including a polysaccharide extracted from red ginseng or red ginseng tail root. In addition, a manufacturing method of red ginseng or red ginseng tail root extract is established to maximize anti-influenza virus effects, after which the immune activity and anti-influenza activity of the manufactured composition via the manufacturing method were measured to confirm effects of anti-influenza activity. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises a step of extracting extracts of red ginseng, red ginseng tail root or a mixture of the red ginseng and the red ginseng tail root by adding an extractant to the same.본 발명을 통해 홍삼 또는 홍미삼으로부터 다당체를 포함하는 한외여과 분획 조성물을 확보하였고, 항인플루엔자 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 홍삼 또는 홍미삼 추출물의 제조방법을 확립한 후, 상기 제조방법을 통해 제조한 조성물의 면역활성 및 항인플루엔자 활성 측정을 통해 항인플루엔자 효과를 나타냄을 확인하였다.
