The present invention provides an adhesive sheet that is for attachment to skin, that adheres sufficiently to skin, and that causes little skin irritation. A first adhesive sheet for attachment to skin according to the present invention comprises an adhesive layer formed on a support body. The adhesive layer comprises no tackifiers and comprises at least a thermoplastic elastomer, a non-volatile hydrocarbon oil, and polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of more than 100,000 but no more than 500,000. A second adhesive sheet for attachment to skin according to the present invention comprises an adhesive layer formed on a support body. The adhesive layer comprises at least a thermoplastic elastomer, more than 120 parts by weight but no more than 800 parts by weight of a non-volatile hydrocarbon oil, and more than 3 parts by weight but no more than 500 parts by weight of polyisobutylene with respect to 100 parts by weight of the elastomer. The polyisobutylene comprises no tackifiers and is a mixture of low molecular weight polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of more than 30,000 but no more than 100,000 and high molecular weight polyisobutylene having a viscosity-average molecular weight of more than 500,000 but no more than 5,000,000.
