An antibacterial composition contains the strain or strain culture.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 새롭게 분리 동정된 슈도모나스 에루지노사 (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) CAU 104866 (KCTC 11827BP) 또는 CAU 104867 (KCTC 11828BP) 균주에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신균주는 종래에 알려진 슈도모나스 에루지노사(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)와 비교하여 피오시아닌(Pyocyanine) 생성능이 우수하여 항균활성이 매우 뛰어나다. 본 발명의 신균주는 메티실린 내성 황색포도상구균(MRSA), 반코마이신 내성 장구균(VRE) 뿐만 아니라 다제내성균인 아시네토박터 바우마니(Acinetobacter baumanii), 탄저균(Bacillus anthracis), 헬리코박터 파이로리(Helicobacter pylori)에도 매우 강력한 항균활성을 나타낸다. 본 발명의 신균주는 항균물질의 생산 및 제조에 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
