Provided are a skin lubricant composition and a production method thereof. To this end, two technical studies have been carried out in an attempt to improve existing lubricants. The first study is to find a new water-soluble polymer to replace water-soluble plastic polymers such as polyacrylate. The second study is to produce the skin lubricant composition by mixing components which exhibit sterilization and antiviral effects and do not cause significant mucosal toxicity even when introduced into the oral cavity or the digestive system. To this end, the skin lubricant composition, according to one aspect of the present invention, is produced by dissolving 0.1-3 wt% of tara gum and 0.1-3 wt% of hydroxyethyl cellulose in a residual solvent.본 발명의 목적은, 기존의 윤활제를 개선하기 위하여 크게 2가지 기술적 연구를 진행하였는바, 첫 번째는 폴리아크릴레이트와 같은 플라스틱류의 수용성 고분자를 대체할 새로운 수용성 고분자를 찾는 일이며, 두 번째는 살균 및 항바이러스 효과를 발휘하면서도 점막독성 및 구강 또는 소화기 내에 들어가더라도 큰 문제가 없는 성분을 배합하여 제조되는 피부용 윤활제 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 피부용 윤활제 조성물은, 타라검 0.1~3중량% 와 하이드록시에칠셀룰로오스 0.1~3중량% 가 나머지 용제에 용해되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다.
