PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsification composition which has a good effect on moisturizing and smoothing the skin, improving the wrinkle and skin elastic, and has good spread at the time of application, without an oily and sticky feeling.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water emulsion composition comprises (a) hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, (b) (acryloyl dimethyltaurine ammonium/beheneth-25 methacrylate) crosspolymer, (c) hydrated oil content, (d) glycerol, and (e) ethanol.【課題】保湿効果および肌をなめらかにする効果が高く、しわの改善およびハリの改善効果に優れ、塗布時ののびが良く、油っぽさとべたつき感のない水中油型乳化組成物を提供する。【解決手段】（ａ）ヒアルロン酸またはその塩、（ｂ）（アクリロイルジメチルタウリンアンモニウム／メタクリル酸ベヘネス－２５）クロスポリマー、（ｃ）抱水性油分、（ｄ）グリセリン、（ｅ）エタノール、とを含むことを特徴とする水中油型乳化組成物。【選択図】 図１
