The invention relates to a method for the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in individuals, long before the damage becomes irreversible. The invention is based on the study of the formation of dopamine quinones and the detection, by cyclic voltamperometry, of oxidised metabolites of the dopamine in the plasma of patients showing very early symptoms. The detection can be carried out by electrochemical or immunochemical methods.La invención se refiere a un método de diagnóstico de la enfermedad de Parkinson en individuos de manera temprana, mucho antes que el daño sea irreversible, la invención se basa en el estudio de la formación de quinonas de dopamina y la detección por voltamperometría cíclica de metabolitos oxidados de la dopamina en el plasma de pacientes que presentan síntomas muy tempranos. La detección puede realizarse por métodos electroquímicos o inmunoquímicos.L'invention concerne une méthode de diagnostic de la maladie de Parkinson chez des individus de manière précoce, bien avant que les dommages ne soient irréversibles, l'invention repose sur l'étude de la formation de quinones de dopamine et la détection par voltampèrométrie cyclique de métabolites oxydés de la dopamine dans le plasma de patients qui présentent des symptômes très précoces.
