PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable absorbent article which prevents liquid absorption at a part positioned near an excretory part of a wearer of an absorbing part having an absorbing core from advancing in concentration compared with other parts and efficiently performs liquid absorption by an entire absorbing part.
SOLUTION: An absorbing part 13 of a diaper 1 to be a disposable absorbent article is provided with two-layered fiber set cores 21, 22. Inside the absorbing part 13, a liquid shield sheet 14 formed from liquid nonpermeable material is arranged. The liquid shield sheet 14 is arranged so that it is positioned only near an excretory part for excreting excreted liquid in the body of the wearer between the fiber set cores 21 and 22.
