PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo eyebrow-forming cosmetic capable of enhancing the significant colorability to skin and elongating the number of sustainable days of coloring.SOLUTION: A pseudo eyebrow-forming cosmetic of the present invention contains a component which reacts with a skin component to color skin, and used for drawing an eyebrow shape. The component which reacts with a skin component to color skin contains dihydroxyacetone and/or erythrulose, and contains a component of enhancing the permeability of coloring of skin.
