PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film and a decorative sheet, excellent in antivirus activity and exhibiting excellent beautiful appearance without generating black caused by a silver ion.SOLUTION: There are provided an antivirus coated film containing a zinc-containing soluble glass of 1.4 to 7.0 mass% in terms of ZnO, and a decorative sheet having the antivirus coated film. There is provided an antivirus coated film, in which the zinc-containing soluble glass used for the antivirus coated film is a glass composition which is dissolved gradually in water and releases a zinc component, and a composition is adjusted to have controlled dissolution rate to a moisture content by containing zinc oxide as an active ingredient showing antivirus activity of 3.5 to 7.0 mass% in terms of ZnO.
