PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer piezoelectric material which increases piezoelectricity and improves moisture/heat resistance.SOLUTION: The polymer piezoelectric material is obtained through: a molding step of heating a composition the moisture content of which is 1 to 500 ppm, containing aliphatic polyester (A) the weight average molecular weight of which is 50,000 to 1,000,000 and which has optical activity, to a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of the aliphatic polyester (A) and molding the heated composition into sheet; a drawing step of drawing the sheet mainly in one axial direction; and an annealing step of annealing the drawn sheet at 80°C to 160°C for one second to five minutes.
