The present invention provides a production-method of a nicotine transdermal preparation, which includes a step of forming, on a support, an adhesive layer containing an adhesive and a liquid ingredient compatible with the adhesive, and a step of impregnating the adhesive layer with nicotine by continuously applying nicotine to the adhesive layer.
