PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing heat-treated cereal whole granules good in flavor and texture in a secondary worked-part.SOLUTION: The method for producing heat-treated cereal whole granules comprises a process where the whole of cereal whole granules obtained by pulverizing cereal is subjected to heating treatment. The average grain size of the cereal whole granules is preferably below 150 μm. The heating treatment preferably adopts wet heat treatment, and preferably have a heating step where saturated water vapor is directly applied to cereal whole granules to heat the whole of the cereal whole granules. This heating step can be performed using a production device provided with a transfer passage of transferring the introduced raw material(cereal whole granules) to an exhaust port and a mechanism of introducing saturated water vapor into the transfer passage.
