PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression means disposed in an epigastric region of a subject having lain prone on a bed and pressing an abdominal part when performing X-ray radiography of a stomach by an X-ray radiographic apparatus including the tiltable bed, and not imparting a large load on the subject when obtaining a pleat image of a stomach wall by pressing the abdominal part by the compression means to press the stomach, and to provide an X-ray radiographic method using the compression means.SOLUTION: An X-ray radiographing supporting implement includes: a compression means inflating by being fed with a fluid and a fluid feeding means feeding the fluid into the compression means. The compression means includes: balloons inflating by the inflow of the fluid and restraint bodies each prohibiting that the balloon inflates over a prescribed volume. By making the fluid flow into the balloons even after the balloons become the prescribed volume, the hardness of the compression means can be adjusted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】傾斜自在とした寝台を備えたX線撮影装置で胃部のX線撮影を行う際に、寝台上に腹臥した被験者の心窩部部分に配置して腹部を圧迫する圧迫手段を設け、この圧迫手段で腹部を圧迫することにより胃部を圧迫して胃壁のひだ像を得る際に、被験者への負担の少ない圧迫手段、及びこの圧迫手段を用いたX線撮影方法を提供する。【解決手段】流体が送給されることにより膨張する圧迫手段と、この圧迫手段に前記流体を送給する流体送給手段とを備え、圧迫手段が、流体の流入によって膨張するバルーンと、このバルーンが所定の体積以上に膨張することを禁止する拘束体とを備え、バルーンが所定の体積となった以降にもバルーンに流体を流入させることによって圧迫手段の硬さを調整可能とする。【選択図】図1
