The invention relates to the field of immunology, endocrinology and oncology and, in particular, the generation of a combined immune response to determin ed growth and hormone factors. A synergic effect, outlined herein, between factors regulating growth (EGF, TGF, VEGF) and hormones involved in the sexu al hormone release cascade or reproduction (GnRH, LH, FSH) stimulates the anti- tumour response which is expressed as a reduction in the tumour mass and an increase in the survival time.
