PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer function during use without an effect on the operatability of a X-ray detecting sensor.
SOLUTION: A pedestal section 22 of a holder is supported at the tip of a C arm 21, and a connecting section 24 is mounted on the pedestal section 22 via a buffer section 23, and a X-ray detecting sensor 25 is removably and movably fixed to the connecting section 24 from below. The connecting section 24 can be engaged with the X-ray detecting sensor 25 for detecting the X-ray distribution having passed through the subject. The buffer section 23 is held by an elastic member 26 to the corner of the pedestal section 22, and an elastic member 27 is arranged between the buffer section 23 and the connecting section 24. The X-ray detecting sensor 25 is mounted to the connecting section 24, and then the X-ray sensor 25 is held at the middle point position in a balanced manner. When the X-ray detecting sensor 25 receives external force from side, the connecting section 24 holding the X-ray detecting sensor 25 is relatively changed to the pedestal section 22, and the elastic members 26, 27 absorb the shock.
