PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar assembly capable of securing a wide visual field.SOLUTION: A trocar assembly 1 includes: a trocar shaft 100 having a puncture part punctured into a body cavity via a body wall, at one end thereof and a tubular cannula sleeve 200 into which the trocar shaft 100 is removably inserted.
