The present invention relates to a greenhouse skirt and a manufacturing method of the same, wherein the greenhouse skirt comprises: a greenhouse skirt member which includes a resin coated surface coated with a synthetic resin on one side of a non-woven fabric for skirt, and has an upper end portion folded outwardly in a length direction such that the resin coated surface is facing itself, and sewed by a sewing line to form a skirt fixing line insertion hole inside an upper end thereof, thereby rendering the greenhouse skirt member to be usable as a greenhouse skirt and a skirt fixing line which is disposed in the length direction inside the skirt fixing line insertion hole of the greenhouse skirt member, and engaged to a fixing means joined to a length pipe in the shape of a greenhouse arch to fix the greenhouse skirt member by an upper part thereof.
