The invention discloses a self-disinfection surface used for a car. A surface covering part contains a pair of electrodes attached to a car panel. Multiple printing LEDs are suspended in the semi-conductor oil ink and printed between electrodes and used for transmission and disinfection. An oil layer of the surface covering part is arranged to be an electrode adjacent and used for transmission at least one part of emission to the outer layer.
