A preformed liner that expands when filled is provided. In one embodiment, thepreformed liner includes a central section having a plurality of flutes thatallow the liner to expand. In other embodiments, the preformed liner includesat least a central section that is made of an expandable or stretchable elastomericmaterial. In still other embodiments, the preformed liner includes a centralsection having a plurality of flutes and is made of an expandable or stretchableelastomeric material.
