PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the re-solubility of a pharmaceutical preparation comprising bortezomib caused by the generation of analogs and its increase due to the decomposition of bortezomib and poor wettability of a lyophilized preparation, that is, to provide a pharmaceutical preparation having high storage stability and good re-solubility.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical preparation which comprises (A) bortezomib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a derivative of bortezomib, (B) glycerin and, if needed, an additive for medicines, wherein the pharmaceutical preparation may comprise one or more selected from (C) nicotinic acid amide and (D) a pH adjuster as the preferable additive for medicines and has a pH of 4.0 to 7.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】ボルテゾミブを含有する医薬製剤は、ボルテゾミブの分解に伴う類縁物質の生成及びその増加、凍結乾燥製剤の濡れ性の悪さによる再溶解性が課題となっている。すなわち、保存安定性が高く、再溶解性が良好な製剤を提供することが課題となっている。【解決手段】（Ａ）ボルテゾミブ又はその医薬的に許容される塩、若しくはボルテゾミブの誘導体、（Ｂ）グリセリン、及び必要に応じて、医薬用添加剤を含有する医薬製剤とすることによって、上記の目的を達成するものであり、好ましい該医薬用添加剤としては、（Ｃ）ニコチン酸アミド及び（Ｄ）ｐＨ調整剤から選択される１種類以上の添加剤を含有しても良く、ｐＨが４．０～７．０である医薬製剤。【選択図】なし
