PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system, an information display device, and a program that, even when there is displacement of a measurement unit, allow for prevention of incorrect analysis and analysis in a short time.SOLUTION: The information display system includes: a displacement measurement unit measuring displacement of a measurement unit and outputting a signal； a display unit displaying a time axis of signal detection； and a control unit controlling the displacement measurement unit and the display unit.
