The present invention provides an integrated deployment and attachment device (DAD) comprising means adapted to deploy a patch and means adapted to attach said patch to a biological tissue within the body； wherein said DAD is adapted to sequentially deploy said patch within said body and attach said patch to said biological tissue within said body； further wherein said deployment of said patch is (i) controlled such that a continuous deployment is obtained； and, (ii) bidirectional such that said deployment is fully reversible.
