The present invention provides an integrated deploymentand attachment device (DAD) comprising means adapted to deploy apatch and means adapted to attach said patch to a biological tissue withinthe body； wherein said DAD is adapted to sequentially deploy said patchwithin said body and attach said patch to said biological tissue within saidbody； further wherein said deployment of said patch is (i) controlled suchthat a continuous deployment is obtained； and, (ii) bidirectional such thatsaid deployment is fully reversible.
