[Problem] To provide a patch that suitably releases shikonin or the like to the skin from an adhesive layer, that is not easily detached from the skin, and that is not likely to leave any paste when being peeled off. [Solution] This patch is provided with a support and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is formed of a resin composition and a liquid composition and contains the resin composition in an amount not less than 25 mass% but less than 100 mass%. The liquid composition contains a nonionic surfactant and shikonin or the like. The patch has a network structure obtained by crosslinking, by using an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent, an acrylic copolymer comprising: a first structural unit derived from a monomer selected from (meth)acrylic acid alkyl esters, (meth)acrylic acid alkoxyalkyl ester not having a hydroxy group in the molecule, and saturated fatty acid vinyl esters； and a second structural unit derived from a monomer selected from (meth)acrylic acid hydroxy alkyl esters and hydroxy alkyl (meth)acrylamides.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un patch qui libère de manière appropriée de la shikonine ou similaire au niveau de la peau à partir d'une couche adhésive, qui n'est pas facilement détaché de la peau et qui n'est pas susceptible de laisser une quelconque colle lorsqu'il est retiré.
