PURPOSE: A paraffin block trimmer device is provided to successively and automatically remove a burr formed in an outer side surface of a molded paraffin block without damage of a biological tissue contained in a paraffin block.CONSTITUTION: A paraffin block trimmer device(100) comprises a supply part(200) which supplies a paraffin block by transferring a tray on which the paraffin block is mounted a first trimming part(300) removing a burr formed in a right and a left outer side surface of the paraffin block by a cutter which is ascended to a top and descended to a bottom and moved to a forward and a backward a second trimming part(400) removing a burr formed in a right and a left outer side surface of the paraffin block by a cutter which is ascended to a top and descended to a bottom and moved to a forward and a backward and an exhausting part(500) in which an exhausting rod separates the paraffin block from a tray and discharging after trimming the burr.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 파라핀블록 삭정장치에 관한 것으로서, 파라핀블록의 외측면에 형성된 버(burr)를 제거하는 삭정장치에 있어서, 상기 삭정장치는, 파라핀블록이 안착되는 트레이를 이송시켜 파라핀블록을 공급하는 공급부 상하로 승강되는 한편 전후로 이동되는 커터로서 파라핀블록의 좌우 외측면에 형성된 버(burr)를 제거하는 제 1 삭정부 상하로 승강되는 한편 좌우로 이동되는 커터로서 파라핀블록의 전후 외측면에 형성된 버(burr)를 제거하는 제 2 삭정부 및 버(burr)의 삭정 후 배출로드가 파라핀블록을 트레이에서 분리시켜 배출시키는 배출부를 포함하는 파라핀블록 삭정장치를 특징으로 하여, 파라핀블록의 외측면에 형성된 버(burr)를 모두 제거함으로써 작업성 및 작업능률의 향상으로 인한 대량 생산이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 삭정도구로 인한 상해의 위험으로부터 작업자를 보호할 수 있다.
