This utility model relates to food processing and more particularly to making jackfruit pulp to rolled millet cake (budbud kabug), a Filipino native delicacy usually made of cereal (glutinous rice or millet) wrapped in banana leaves. The product is made with jackfruit pulp cut into 0.5 centimetre millet, coconut milk, sugar and salt. The product gives added moisture, aroma flavour, general acceptability and nutritive value to the existing rolled millet cake. This also creates a more affordable and unique take to the Filipino delicacy.
