A device for taking blood, which contains: the sleeve of the cannula (10), which defines the chamber (28); the inlet cannula (12), which defines the axis, contains a distal edge and a cavity passing through it, while the inlet cannula (12) is attached to the cannula sleeve (10) so that the distal edge of the inlet cannula (12) is outside the cannula sleeve (10) , and so that the cavity passing through the inlet cannula (12) is in communication with the camera (28); an outlet cannula (14) that contains the proximal edge and a cavity passing through it, wherein the outlet cannula (14) is attached to the cannula sleeve (10) so that the proximal edge of the outlet cannula (14) is outside the cannula sleeve (10), and, so that the cavity of the outlet cannula (14) is in communication with the camera (28); a closed sleeve (34) covering the portion (32) of the outlet cannula (14) located outside the cannula sleeve (10); and a ventilation mechanism (38) creating a communication between the chamber (28) and the environment, characterized in that the ventilation mechanism (38) comprises a tubular insert (40) that defines a flow channel (42) passing through it and a membrane (44) located across the flow channel (42), while the membrane (44) is made of a material that allows air to pass through and, in general, does not allow blood to pass through. 2.
