A method for artificially cultivating mistletoe to maximize productivity, comprises the steps of: preparing mistletoe seeds by breaking collected mistletoe seeds to remove seed capsules, smashing flesh contained in the seeds, arranging the flesh on a flat plate, and drying the flesh; and inoculating the prepared mistletoe seeds on a young tree at a predetermined period. According to the method for artificially cultivating mistletoe to maximize productivity of the present invention, a skin layer of the young tree is removed in a face type and thus there is no the skin layer which disturbs the rooting of mistletoe seeds, thereby allowing roots of the mistletoe seeds to easily reach a bark layer and a cork layer from anywhere on the face even without attention, thus bringing forward the time for stable rooting and nutrition supply, as soon as possible; the seed shells are broken, thereby allowing the seeds to come out faster without the disturbance of the seed shells; the attaching and fixing effects of an adhesive is doubled through drying; the mistletoe seeds are not swept and dropped from the young tree even in external unfavorable conditions, such as rain, wind, and storm, by using the adhesive, and thus, the original positions of the mistletoe seeds can be stably maintained; the mistletoe seeds are inoculated in a part having a diameter of 5 cm or more of a young tree aged five years or more, thereby maximizing marketability, such as individual size or thickness, bringing forward the harvest time to maximize productivity; providing high-value added cultivation technology; lowering the unit cost of mistletoe to give benefits to consumers; and having an import substitution effect.본 발명에 따른 생산성을 극대화시킨 겨우살이의 인공 재배 방법은, 채취된 겨우살이 종자를 깨트려 과피를 제거하고 씨앗이 들어있는 과육을 깨트려 평판에 배열하여 건조시켜 겨우살이 씨앗을 준비하는 단계; 및 준비된 겨우살이 씨앗을 소정 시기에 모종 나무에 접종하는 단계를 포함한다.본 발명에 따른 생산성을 극대화시킨 겨우살이 인공 재배 방법은, 모종 나무의 표피층을 면상으로 제거함으로써 겨우살이 종자의 뿌리가 뿌리 안착에 방해되는 표피층없이 주의를 기울이지 않아도 면상에서 어느 곳이든 손쉽게 수피층 및 코르크층에 도달
