The invention improves existing training complexes intended for training skills of relaxation and activation of psycho-physiological processes. The proposed training complex consists of: a) Training apparatus BAROTUB which includes the immersion tub that creates the effect of partial weightlessness, the system of changing air pressure inside the BAROTUB, audio-video system, aromatherapy/oxygen system, dry massage system, training complex control system； b) Methods and programs for training the skills of relaxation and activation of psycho-physiological processes as well as methods of excessive stress prevention.
