PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system and an illumination device, capable of efficiently managing an illumination for a plant.SOLUTION: An illumination system includes a plurality of light source parts. Each of the plurality of light source parts comprises: a light-emission element； a control part that controls a light emission intensity of the light-emission element； a receiving part that receives a predetermined format signal by radio； and a storage part. When receiving first information related to a lighting control schedule of the corresponded light source part, the receiving part outputs the information to the storage part. The storage part stores the first information to be inputted.
