PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body monitoring system and a living body monitoring method that reduce a burden on a processing circuit (processor) to reduce power consumption, and grasp a state of a monitoring object quickly.SOLUTION: A radio wave sensor 10 is installed in a monitoring space, and whether or not a monitoring object is moving actively is determined on the basis of the detection signal. If the result is positive, the monitoring object is determined to be in a normal state. If the result is negative, whether the monitoring object is breathing or the breathing is extremely soft is determined on the basis of the detection signal. In the former case, the monitoring object is determined to be in a normal state, and the breathing rate is measured. In the latter case, the heart rate of the monitoring object is determined on the basis of the detection signal. If the result is positive, the monitoring object is determined to be in a normal state, and if the result is negative, the monitoring object is determined to be in an abnormal state, and a notification to the effect that the monitoring object is in the abnormal state is made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】処理回路(プロセッサ)の負担を軽減して消費電力の低減を図り、かつ、監視対象の状態を迅速に把握することができる生体監視システム及び生体監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】監視空間に電波センサ10を設置し、その検出信号に基づいて監視対象が活発に動いているか否かを判断する。肯定結果であれば監視対象は正常な状態であると判定する。否定結果であれば検出信号に基づいて監視対象が呼吸しているか、又は呼吸が極めて穏やかかを判断する。前者であれば監視対象は正常な状態と判定し、呼吸数を計測する。後者であれば検出信号に基づいて監視対処の心拍が動いているか否かを判定する。肯定結果であれば監視対象が正常な状態であり、否定結果であれば監視対象が異常な状態であると判定して、異常である旨を通報する。【選択図】図1
