PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular forming method of a cylinder shape food dough and an apparatus in which both ends in a food dough of a straight long cylinder shape (long shape) are adhered each other to be annularly formed in a shut state.
SOLUTION: A cylinder shape food dough is annularly formed by: (a) a process in which one end of a cylinder shape food dough is fixed to a core member that can rotate; (b) a process in which the core member is rotated so that the fixed one end and the other end of the cylinder shape food dough are made to approach or to contact and the food dough is made to wind around the core member; (c) a process in which the fixing of the one end of the cylinder shape food dough to the core member is released; (d) a process in which the other end of the food dough is pressed to the core member side and the one end side by a pressing member that can freely approach and revolt to/from the core member, and the both ends are adhered to be annularly formed; and (e) a pro
