PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of a stick-type food including many of granular foods of large particle size.
SOLUTION: A mixed food material 21 including a pasty food material and granular food particles is stored in the hopper 20 the mixed food material is fed from the hopper to between the first roller 31 that has annular grooves 31a and rotates in the prescribed direction and the second roller 32 that has a smaller outer diameter than the first roller, has grooves 32a along the shaft direction formed in the circumferential direction at a prescribed interval and the shaft center is arranged at the position higher than that of the shaft center of the first roller and is allowed to contact with the first roller and to rotate in the reverse direction to that of the first roller then the mixed food material 21 filled in the annular grooves is scraped with the scraper 33 in a stick form to be discharged. Then, the stick-type product is placed on the conveyer belt 40 moving in the reverse direction to the first roller and taken out.
