PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration and to minimize a machine by eliminating the needs of a collection conveyor and a hopper for feeding powder which are essential in the conventional machine.SOLUTION: The dust machine is configured in the following manner. A powder feed conveyor 3 is inclinedly installed at lateral sides of a base frame 1 where a main conveyor 2 for attaching powder onto an object is installed laterally, and a two-way feed member 5 is provided at lower part of an upper end part of the powder feed conveyor. Two opening parts of the two-way feed member 5 feed powder to the main conveyor 2, and are arranged at a base end part of the main conveyor 2 before and after the main conveyor in the installation direction thereof. Movable dropping devices 8, 9 which transport powder in the width direction of the main conveyor and drop the powder onto the main conveyor are respectively installed between both opening parts and the main conveyor, and a powder collection device is provided at the terminal end of the main conveyor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の装置において必須であった回収コンベア及び粉を供給するホッパーを不要とし、構成の簡素化、機械の小型化を図ることを課題とするものである。【解決手段】この発明の粉付け機の構成は以下のとおりである。対象物に粉を付着させるためのメインコンベア2が横向きに設置された基枠1の側方に、粉供給コンベア3を傾斜して設置し、この粉供給コンベアの上端部の下方に二方供給部材5を配設する。この二方供給部材5の二つの開口部は、前記メインコンベア2に散布する粉を供給するものであって、メインコンベア2の基端部に、メインコンベアの設置方向に前後して配置する。前記両開口部とメインコンベアとの間にそれぞれ、粉を前記メインコンベアの幅方向に移送すると共にメインコンベア上へ落下させる移動落下装置8,9を設置し、前記メインコンベアの終端部に粉回収装置を配設する。【選択図】 図1
