The present invention is related to octahydropyrrolo[2,3,c]pyridinederivatives ofFormula (I)(see formula I)wherein: R1 is selected from aryl, heteroaryl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl andheterocycloalkyl；R2 is selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C2-C6 alkynyl, acyl,acylC1-C6-alkyl, aminocarbonyl, aminocarbonyl C1-C6-alkyl, alkoxycarbonyl andsulfonyl； R3, R4, R5 and R6 are independently selected from hydrogen, halogenandC1-C6 alkyl； as well as its geometrical isomers, its optically active forms asenantiomers, diastereomers and its racemate forms, as well as pharmaceuticallyacceptable salts thereof. The invention is further directed to the use thereofinparticular for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of autoimmune disorders,inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases,cancer,respiratory diseases and fibrosis, including multiple sclerosis, arthritis,emphysema,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, liver and pulmonary fibrosis.
