PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kinesin inhibitor of motor protein which uses microtubules in a cell as a scaffold, and a composition useful in relaxation, prevention, and improvement of various pigmentation symptoms including stains and freckles.SOLUTION: There are provided a kinesin inhibitor having at least one or more types selected from iris florentina extract, rugosa rose extract, sandalwood extract, and great burnet extract as an active ingredient, and a pigmentation inhibitor based on kinesin inhibitory action.
